The Personal Shopping Agent, built on Copilot Studio, allows retailers to embed conversational AI into websites and apps. Key features include setting price goals with alerts, review summarization, and the ability to break down high-level shopping goals into executable actions—demonstrating core agentic design principles where AI handles tasks without constant user input.
